By using Photos Edit Hub's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Photos Edit Hub provides professional photo editing services including but not limited to color correction, skin retouching, object removal, light fixing, straightening, and subject masking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
• Ensure you have the legal right to submit photos for editing
• Not submit content that is illegal, offensive, or violates third-party rights
• Make timely payments for completed services
• Provide clear editing instructions and reference images when applicable

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all photos submitted for editing. Photos Edit Hub does not claim any ownership rights over your images. We may not use your images in any marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

5. Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted on a per-image or per-project basis
• Payment is due upon delivery of the edited photos unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as communicated
• Prices are subject to change; existing orders will honor the quoted price

6. Delivery & Turnaround

We strive to deliver all edited photos within the agreed turnaround time (typically 24 hours). However, delivery times may vary based on order volume and complexity. We will notify you promptly of any delays.

Photos Edit Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client photos and project details as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request for added assurance.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and we will delete all your files within 7 business days.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

• Quality Issues: If the delivered work does not meet the agreed-upon specifications after revision attempts
• Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the edited photos within the agreed timeframe without prior notice
• Duplicate Payment: If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order
• Service Error: If wrong edits are applied to your photos and cannot be corrected

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us at hello@photoeditfactory.com within 14 days of delivery
• Provide your order details and reason for the refund request
• Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

• Change of mind after the editing work has been completed and approved
• Requests made more than 14 days after delivery
• Dissatisfaction due to unclear or incomplete editing instructions provided by the client
• Issues arising from low-quality source images that were disclosed before editing began

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where part of the order meets your expectations but some images don't, we offer partial refunds proportional to the unsatisfactory portion of the order.

6. Rush Order Cancellations

Rush orders that are cancelled after editing has begun may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as resources have already been allocated to your project.
