Your photos are safe with us. Images you share are used to complete the editing you requested, and only the editors assigned to your order can access them. Our editing team and business operations are based in India, and your photos are processed there. We never sell or rent your photos, and we never share them for third-party marketing. The only other use we may make is showing selected edited images in our portfolio, and we do this only with your clear, explicit permission, which you can decline or withdraw at any time, as explained in our Terms.
Once your order is complete and delivered, we keep your files only for the short period set out under Data Retention below, and then delete them.
For the personal details you give us directly, such as your name, email, and order information, we act as the data controller. For the photographs you send us for editing, you are the data controller, because they are your images and often include people whose relationship is with you. In that case we act as your data processor, editing the images only on your instructions.
As our client, you are responsible for having the necessary rights and, where required, the consent of anyone identifiable in the photos you submit, as also set out in our Terms. We process those images only to carry out your order, keep them strictly confidential, and delete them in line with the retention periods set out below.
